2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@zenlite.xyz to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Package the Item: Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item with all original materials (box, tags, certificates, etc.).
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Restocking Fees: If the returned item shows signs of wear or is missing any packaging or documentation, a restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from your refund.
